Coffee of Note is an independent guide to cafés that show real care in how coffee is sourced, roasted, prepared and served.

We publish a café only when we can verify it is open to visitors, find credible evidence of its coffee practice, and show a suitable real photograph. We would rather leave a city sparse than fill it with guesses.

Descriptions are based on published sources unless clearly marked as a first-hand visit. Hours change, so we link to the café’s own website for current information. Listings are not paid placements or ranked by reviews.
